How to Register with an Add Code (Video)
An add code from the instructor is required to register for a course as of the first
class meeting on a space-available basis. These add codes are case-sensitive, so
be sure to enter letters in all caps. Note, the deadline to enter this is one day
prior to the posted Census date in Class Finder - click on course after search results.
Not Waitlisted: Under Register for Classes - Enter CRNs, enter your Course Reference Number (CRN), then click Add to Summary. A pop-up box to enter the add code will appear.
Waitlisted: To add the class with a code, you must drop/delete from the waitlist and
enter the CRN – from there you will be able to submit the add code. As a reminder,
add codes only are not accepted prior to the day of the first class meeting while
the waitlist operates.
