About the Festival

 

The Cuesta College Vocal Jazz Festival is a true gem among educational jazz festivals, located on California's scenic Central Coast. Since it's inception in 1998, the festival has offered high-quality feedback and performance clinics for middle schools, high schools, colleges and universities. 

• School performances run from 10 am - 4 pm each day
• As in the past, each group will have a 25-minute warmup, 25 minutes onstage, and a 25-minute clinic
• The Headliner Concert features Pacific Standard Time from Cal State Long Beach, directed by Christine Guter

 

Lunch 

The campus cafeteria will be open both days from 11-2 pm. There are numerous restaurant options in Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo, both 10-15 minutes from Cuesta College.
